I too am a sophmore at UW-Whitewater. I've lived with computers all my life.... granted my the first computers i toyed with were AppleIIe's, but nobody's perfect.
I too am an MCS major, and axman is the person that told me about this forum. I try to keep up with technology as best i can, and am currently running a computer built solely by myself. As far as web development goes, i'm not well versed in asp, php, perl, etc... but i also have never really done much web developement other than a site about things i was interested in at the time. I am pretty good at VB and java (just ask axman... i pretty much saved his ass with the last assignment our prof gave us), and I tend to pick up languages fairly quickly, so i doubt once i actually try to learn them it would be very difficult for me. but enough of my ramblings... i shall post when i have something to contribute that i feel people either ought to know or when i have a dissenting oppinion about something..... but like i said... enough rambling.... |
