Hello,
This forum is for website and graphic reviews. Below you will find a few guidelines applying to both people asking for reviews and giving them.
Asking for a Review:
Be sure to present your URL in a prominent place.
If you have specific things you want people to look at, mention them.
You will be critcized. Your site isn't perfect (no site is) and that is why you are posting here. Sometimes the opinions of users may be blunt. You can choose to ignore them or accept them, but you should not get angry at them. Reviews are made to help you improve aspects of your site, so most reviews aren't going to make you feel better - just hopefully allow you to improve your site.
Reviewing:
Read the first post in the thread, the one by the person requesting a review. If he or she is looking for feedback on specific aspects of the site, try to fulfill these requests.
Most users would prefer to hear comments about specific areas of the site, rather than general observations.
Honesty is great, but be sure to be respectful when you are criticizing. Do not make it a personal issue. Stick to the website or graphic.
You may want to include information about your operating system, browser, screen resolution, etc.
