Yes, unfortunately they created many problems for thousands of people.

They were very good while they were Enom registrar, but then suddenly decided to work by themselves and started registering names using their ICANN accreditation, then after a quick while, rushed by hundreds of thousands of new customers, they couldn't handle the situation and so what a mess was created, thousands of names expired and more problems.
