I don't see it either.
Tried with
XP Pro, IE 6.0
W2K, IE 6.0 and also Nestor, neither showed the scroll
I'll try on my Linux box when I get home and see if shows then |

I just looked at 1024x768, still no scroll, however, I might need new glasses too fuzzy.... |
