Not bad....
I would get rid of the "$$" in the logo. It will make it look more professional. Other then that everything looks professional. Maybe add a tagline under the logo. If I'm just scanning over the site I don't really know what it's about. Also, the tricky thing is having the domain money-talk instead of moneytalk so be sure to let people know about the correct domain usage.

Thanks Josh, for your input.
Since the "$$ balloon" has been brought up, I'd be interested in other's opinions on that part of our logo. I added that recently for a little bit more visual interest, maybe it doesn't work. Thoughts?

I took Josh's advice and got rid of the "$$!" balloon. In fact, I redesigned the whole layout...

Well, the colors match/blend pretty well. I don't really like the banner though. You have a blank table to the middle left of the page. You might want to consider removing it or adding content to it. Over all, looks good. Nice basic design.
