I'm Tom Eastep, a 30+ year veteran of the computer industry currently working as a Senior Software Designer for HP. I'm doing kernel design work for HP's NonStop Enterprise Division which began life in the mid 70's as Tandem Computers, Inc. I joined Tandem from Burroughs in 1980.
My current free-time project is Shorewall, a front-end for iptables under Linux 2.4 (http://www.shorewall.net).
I've been married to the same great gal for 34 years.
