Can anyone recommend a really good book on Web Design? I'm not really interested in the coding aspect of it. I know HTML quite well, so that's not really the problem. My problem is that I know nothing about designing clean looking sites that flow well. Is there any books that are dedicated to using and making clean looking sites with good designs?

I agree with Patrick's suggestion. 37 Signal's Defensive Design for the Web is pretty good too. Check it out at www.37signals.com.
